Saturday starts with contacting Gary who is arranging our flight. We are to wait until tomorrow for weather to make our flight from McMinnville Municipal Airport to Seattle, Washington.Gary told me today that the plane has a new engine. I'm not sure if that is a good or bad thing.

So, while waiting, I found this awesome online galley provisioning spreadsheet from theboatgalley.com. I borrowed the format, inserted a few of our details and forwarded to Mr. Reinhard today. I am so anxious to get going on our trip that it is difficult for me to think of much else.
